| Responsibilities | - Perform regular safety inspections and audits at various project sites and operational areas, ensuring adherence to all applicable safety regulations and standards. - Identify safety hazards and risk factors directly in the field and report findings to the Head of Safety for further action. - Assist in the enforcement of safety policies and procedures, ensuring that all personnel follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate safety gear. - Participate in the investigation of safety incidents and accidents, gathering information and evidence on-site to determine root causes. - Stay updated on new safety laws and regulations that may affect the company’s operations and compliance. - Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. - Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. - Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards. |
