| Responsibilities | Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Leader based in Doha to drive strategic market growth and new ventures for Nebras Energy across the GCC. You will conduct market research, evaluate project feasibility, and build relationships with regional governments to secure high-value energy and water partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and screen new business ventures aligned with Nebras Energy’s strategic goals.
- Build strong relationships with local governments and regional business entities.
- Develop financial plans and perform hands-on project feasibility analyses.
- Partner with M&A and Finance teams to validate project viability.Monitor sectional budgets and report financial variances to management.
- Adapt business approaches based on real-time market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the power, energy, and water sectors (Mandatory).
- Minimum 8 years of corporate growth experience within large companies.
- At least 3 years of experience in positions with leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills for senior executives.
- English proficiency (Mandatory), while Arabic is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Qatar and GCC business culture.
