Responsibilities - Conduct daily reviews of defect cards, considering all constraints such as manpower availability, scaffolding needs, operational limitations, shutdown requirements, and permit caps to schedule defect rectifications efficiently.

- Validate the daily scheduling of scaffolding-related defects and maintenance, ensuring all plans are accurately communicated. - Plan shutdown jobs in alignment with the outage programs, coordinating across departments to ensure smooth execution during major outages (inspection/overhauling).

- Address any discrepancies in daily generated PMS by the system, scheduling overdue PMS or defects as needed. - Respond to emergency manpower bookings after duty hours, ensuring rapid response capability for critical maintenance needs.

- Continuously refine scheduling and planning processes based on operational feedback and system reviews to enhance overall maintenance efficiency. - Operationally plan and distribute manpower for annual shutdowns, assisting in budget evaluation and resource allocation.

- Annually review and schedule staff leaves to optimize manpower utilization and prevent scheduling conflicts.

- Allocate and release manpower for each work order based on the specific requirements of the defects, ensuring that all necessary resources (like scaffolding) are arranged according to daily permits issued.

- Generate and coordinate work orders manually when necessary, ensuring that all concerned departments are aligned for major equipment outages.

- Review daily permit plans and follow up with operations to secure any unissued daily permits. Conduct annual evaluations of manpower utilization data to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
