Role Overview:
We are seeking a Learning & Development Senior Officer to manage and oversee comprehensive training programs for our staff and newly recruited trainees. Reporting to the Head of L&D, you will ensure effective professional growth and integration of employees across the organization, aligning training initiatives with our strategic HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize training programs for managers and senior employees, both locally and overseas, to address identified skill gaps.
- Oversee growth programs for new recruits (high school and diploma backgrounds), ensuring their progression into competent roles within the company.
- Coordinate with key institutions (such as Qatar Energy, CNA-Q, and international universities) to manage training sessions, tests, and scholarship payments.
- Manage all training-related logistics, including fees, visas, travel arrangements, and accommodations for employees and external experts.
- Handle daily counseling and disciplinary actions for trainees, collaborating with Legal and Employee Relations to resolve performance or attendance issues.
- Track training expenses, manage budget performance, and process invoices through HRMS to ensure timely payments.
- Organize and supervise the work of the L&D team, providing on-the-job training and constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar L&D roles within large companies, including at least 3 years in positions with increasing managerial responsibilities.
- Good understanding of the Qatar/GCC culture and working environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work with senior executives and external partners.
- English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
